Current Openings
Math and/or Science Teachers
Part-Time or Full-Time teachers needed, licensed in Secondary Science Education and/or Math. Licensure required. This position is for a year-round school with small class sizes and a high school curriculum. Experience with alternative settings and/or learning disabilities is a plus.
Mentor, Full-time, Part-time or PRN
The Mentor position directly oversees students and participates in their daily activities with them. Mentors report to Team Managers who provide direction from the treatment team regarding the therapeutic needs of students. Mentors are expected to provide a good example to students, set and hold behavioral limits and boundaries, carry out instructions of the treatment team, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of students.
Minimum of high school diploma–some college preferred. Interest in the social sciences. Strong boundaries with the ability to set and hold behavioral limits. Ability to manage multiple students and ensure their safety and wellbeing. Ability to work as one member of a large team. This is a great position to gain valuable career experience for those pursuing a career in Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work.
Overnight Awake Staff – Full Time, Part Time, or PRN
Equinox RTC is currently seeking applicants to become Full time, Part-Time, and/or PRN members of our overnight awake staff. A suitable applicant is someone who is a responsible and positive role model. Our overnight awake staff ensures the provision of physical and emotional safety of our students and residents during the current ONA shift of 4 nights/ week from 10:30 pm – 7:00 am. Must be at least 21 years old.
